Today, I am enjoying a day with my son. We get to read about all sorts of subjects, talk, dream, eat a quiet meal, and I get to nurture him back to health. It’s days like this, when the kids get sick, that I get to be with them and really see how they are doing and what they are learning. I love it, although I don’t wish him a fever.
I love this 9 year old’s heart. It is full of faith, strong, motivated, determined, creative, sweet, caring, forgiving, and smart! He’s so precious to me and I’m so proud to be his mom.
In just a few weeks, we are scheduled to run a half marathon! He wanted to see if he could run it before turning 10. We are trusting God that we can do it together!
